Hi Judy
I have had problems over the weekend accessing the course material on the SEND website - it tells me the content is unavailable. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or there is an issue with the website. Fortunately I'd downloaded some of the articles to read, so have been able to get on with stuff. Would it be possible for someone to look into this. Thanks very much. Sue

Hi Sue,
I've had the same problem for a week now. Aaran sorted it for me by opening another account as this was not a known problem. It seems that I'm not the only one after all! He will be contacting the administrators to see what caused it. Maybe Judy can give him your contact details?

Hi Everyone
It seems that we have a gremlin in the system and we have had several people unable to access the course materials. Arran is ringing the platform providers as we speak, so hopefully normal service will be resumed very soon.
In the meantime I will email transfer our interview with Mahesh to you- as it is really good!
So sorry for this- I am not a happy bunny at all!

I see your note to click on the play button but there seems to be 0:00 minutes recorded?
Everything else has been ok so far.

I think that we have solved the problem re it saying content not available. Each heading needs some content, so I think I have solved it now.

Hi Judy,
I can no longer see the full menu and am taken directly to the SASC SpLD report. Still no menu once marked "complete". I have downloaded work so have plenty to be reading.

Hello Judy, I have had another look at the screen and although the page takes me straight to the document, "SASC New report format presentation", there is a bar at the bottom right, showing the name of the course. When clicked out, the links to the course materials are there.

Is everything we need access to on the course site? Ie is there a handbook or anything like that that I should be downloading and referring to or do I just work my way through the sessions on the website?

Dear Judy or anyone who knows how!
Just a quick question; is it possible to revisit sessions once they are complete? I have completed Session 1 but the dashboard is indicating I have missed one element. Is is possible to go back and review where that might be? I do actually like revisiting content as I go along so I am interested to know if this is possible. The system is not currently letting me do this and not sure if that is right or not! |
